Evan Underwood

Evan Underwood is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Stafford/Missouri City. Evan started with SERVPRO of Stafford / Missouri City as their first employee in 2012. Evan is WRT and ASD certified through IICRC, is a certified lead remediate and has obtained FEMA incident command certifications and Hazmat operations and awareness certifications. Evan has been married to his wife since 2007 and has one daughter. Evan enjoys spending time with family, and is a Volunteer Firefighter with his local Fire Department. 

Victoria Poss

Victoria Poss is the Receptionist/Dispatcher for SERVPRO of Stafford/Missouri City. As the Receptionist/Dispatcher her voice is usually the first voice you hear when you call, but answering phones is not the only thing she does. She is a team player so whatever needs to be done is what she adopts as a job description. She has been at SERVPRO for 5 months already has has loved working for SERVPRO since she was hired. She has an oil and gas background as an Administrative Assistant and working customer service in many previous jobs. She has developed a love for horses especially her Joey and spending as much time as she can working with him and other horses in the country. 

Joseph Rios

Joseph Rios is the Construction Manager here at SERVPRO. He is a father of two girls, Addison, 6, and Hannah, 7. He spends the majority of his free time at the softball fields for the girls because he is their coach and biggest fan. If he can find a Saturday where they don’t have a game, he can be found at local car shows either entering or just enjoying the sights. Family is everything to him, which is how he likes to treat all his clients. He wants to make the rebuild of your home to go as smooth as possible. He will always go above and beyond for you to make sure your family can have their home back "Like it never even happened."

Chelsea Cashiola

Chelsea is the Sales/Marketing Manager here at Stafford/Missouri City. Chelsea started on our team in August of 2018 and comes from a marketing background. She has a specialty in helping others and getting out into the community every chance she gets. Outside of work, she is a mother to a four year old little boy, her family is the most important thing to her. She is a baseball junky and spends majority of her free time at T-Ball games, playing baseball in the front yard, Astros games, or somewhere near by watching the Astros on TV. Chelsea loves building relationships with those in the community, meeting new people, and being their point of contact during a moment of crisis, making it "Like it never even happened."
